Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a phytochemical from Brassica vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts) that has been found at the University of California at Berkeley to have potent anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-cancer properties.
As a result of this important discovery, the National Cancer Institute of the United States has begun clinical trials of DIM for multiple forms of cancer.
